i did not take out insurance with them…
i did not take out insurance with them as they refused to complete contract. No idea why. I am now glad as have found they are impossible to contact by email and in the current situation can't phone them.

Hi Veronica, that's frustrating it didn't go through. Due to the current Covid-19 situation we've been prioritising those that are vulnerable with off-supply issues or emergencies. I'm sorry you couldn't get through to us, I hope you'll consider us again in future. Cheers Adele
