I bought many Swatch watches from this dealer over the years. They did offer me 2 refunds on a couple of the watches when i mailed back. But all their Swatch watches are good and running when i get them in mail and have a 1 yr warrenty. All the swatch watches look brand new and in original packages and often at a great discount. So i really can't complain.
