Great service. Would definitely recommend.

Having had a poor experience with one of Crusader's competitors, I decided to give them a go. The vehicle with the other company should have been delivered in December, which didn't happen and after waiting 4 months I gave up.
Crusader quoted a great deal and delivery time which went through exactly as they said it would. Big thank you to Kevin for his hard work and as a customer, I did appreciate the occasional update throughout the process. All calls are answered quickly and I didn't have to chase for information once. Will definitely use again.

Delivery date was given but changed around 3 hours before it was due. Had made special arrangements to be at the property to take delivery. Some items were missing which is fine as this was rectified within a few days.
The delivery dates are too vague, giving a week commencing date and only letting you know a 2 day delivery slot a day before? Not everyone can just wait around for a week just in case.
The delivery guys were really quick, polite and helpful and talked me through the important stuff, can't fault them.
Can't comment on quality just yet as I haven't installed.

Update
Found the quality pretty good, no complaints. Had one door delivered the completely the wrong colour. Have been told will receive replacement within a week. The missing items were delivered within a couple of days.

I increased the rating from 3 to 4 as quality is good and after sales was good. But still think delivery policy is very inconvenient for the average person.

2nd update

One of the doors (the very last unit I opened!). Was the wrong colour.
Was told I'd get the door within 3 to 5 days. Called at 8am by driver to say was half an hour away. He never showed. Phoned DIY kitchens who gave me the drivers number again? He told be it hadn't been loaded on? Then told would get the following weekend. No show!! Finally got 2 days later after another call.
Again, shame as the quality is good but service isn't.

Sales person (Zahir) was really polite and hugely helpful.

Hopefully the products and delivery can live up to the experience so far!

I've only had to speak with someone once and they were very patient and helpful.

Extremely helpful an knowledgeable. Have helped us every step of the way and we have saved a fair amount against our old BT products.

Would definitely recommend.
