8 weeks no product no refund. Scam artists

The whole process has been a nightmare. Initially I placed an order for six pre- order vinyls which all due to release on the same day frustratingly there had been delays with two of these vinyls and though no fault of mine the dispatch was delayed nearly a month.

Finally get a notification that product have been delivered with a photo of my house number but no shot of the products. No note left to say where they are. Now 4 weeks on and 2 contact emails since with no reply I still have no product.

Absolute scam artists and I’m £195 out of pocket. Shocking customer service. Buy from these at your own risk

What a first class service

What a first class service.

I first engaged with Goldsmiths via chat and got put in touch with an operative called Jenny. Since then she has been my guiding angel!

Jenny could not have done more for me, swapping out my free gift, providing my direct contact for placing the order a couple of days later, the following up to let me know the package had been dispatched and that the free gift will be handled differently.

She has been a credit to the company. I can’t speak highly enough of the service provided and how she has worked to make sure everything arrived in time for my birthday.

You don’t get customer service like this often, but when you do it blows you away.

The worst experience I have EVER had…

The worst experience I have EVER had online.

First sent the wrong product despite being advertised as another colour. Had shocking customer service trying to sort the issue, where they even got mixed up with one of my wife’s orders. Then tried charging me £7 to return a product that was sent out by their error. When I did eventually get the free shipping return (after two days chasing) I sent the product back immediately.

17 days later and STILL NOT RECEIVED A REFUND.

Trying to speak to someone is crazily difficult and don’t even try the live chat at the end of the evening as they just cut you off when their shift is over rather than finishing the comms.

Awful company to deal with AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Appalling delivery timescales

Appalling delivery timescales. I get that delivery times are longer at the minute, but deliver what you say on your website. If it is going to be longer then say so. Don’t leave you waiting for the product at doh or the quoted lead time. First experience buying DTC via Umbro. May stuck to retail in the future
