Buyer PLEASE beware

Buyer beware. This company is actively supressing any criticisms since they are gearing up for a batch 2. They were 'based' in Edmonton Canada and are now saying they are 'based' in Denver. Please do not fall for this. I was part of batch 1 and actually received my bike. Many did not even receive one. I was part of a FB group, was banned because we had valid questions and concerns about the product and delivery delays, and there was another group that Teleport actively worked to get removed, there was a Reddit group that they also rallied to remove. You will lose your money on this falsely advertised bike. There are not different size, the motor is not 750w, does not have a torque sensor, it does not go up to 28 mph, the seat and grips are not leather, the accessories are sub-par. Do not do it.

After reading this response, this company is still being dishonest. The brakes are not regenerative, the grips and saddle were not leather, the motor was not 750 w, it did not have a torque sensor and it is highly doubtful that they were 'bought' by a new owner and moved to Denver. This is an attempt at a rebrand and to distance themselves from the horrible reviews and their online censorship and legal threats to Facebook, Reddit, etc. This is not a legitimate and reliable company or business.

(We acquired Teleport Ride in 2025 and are addressing legacy reviews with care.)

Hi Vickie,

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. I understand your concerns, and I’d like to provide a bit of context and history:

Teleport Ride originally launched in 2023 in Edmonton, Canada, and the first bikes — now known as Batch 1 — were delivered in 2024 under the brand’s original ownership and leadership. In 2025, our group acquired the company and transitioned all operations to Denver, Colorado, where we’ve focused on improving both the product and the overall rider experience.

The model you received was part of that original Batch 1, developed under the prior team. It featured a compact 127mm hub motor, selected to support regenerative braking and keep the bike lightweight and low-profile. But that came with trade-offs — specifically, lower torque at higher speeds, which made it harder for some riders to reach the advertised 28 mph, especially when using throttle only or carrying extra weight.

We received a broad range of feedback on Batch 1 — some riders were genuinely happy with their bikes, while others pointed out areas for improvement. We've listened carefully to both. While many riders appreciated its design, regenerative braking system, long range, and low weight, we also made significant upgrades in response to the feedback we received.

Batch 1 has since been discontinued, and we’ve invested over $2 million into developing Batch 2, which launched in late 2025, with deliveries beginning in 2026. This new version includes:

A 157mm motor for stronger torque, better acceleration, and improved top-end speed
A larger-capacity controller with redesigned thermal housing
An upgraded 4A fast charger
New puncture-resistant 700C x 38C CST tires
Vegan, eco-friendly grips and saddle
Frame sizing updates for better rider fit
Upgraded drivetrain, battery system, and display platform

I’d be happy to speak with you directly. Depending on your situation, I may be able to send you a Batch 2 bike free of charge, as a gesture of goodwill. You can reach me at will.g@teleportride.com — and I’ll make sure your message is handled personally.

Best regards,
William Gaston

Stay away

This company is in the business of censoring anyone and anything that does not give it a positive review. After months of repeated attempts at trying to have this company make good on them rectifying their false advertisement, their disbanding of an online group of us that all have had similar issues with this business, and their re-launch of another iteration of bikes, I caution anyone to stay far, far away from this business. They will not honor their warranty, they will not provide a customer service phone number, they will stop responding to your email and they will ban you from their online group. There is no integrity and there is a lot of effort being put behind erasing reviews and platforms that are not favorable to them and will try to silence anyone here and in social media.

After reading this response, this company is still being dishonest. The brakes are not regenerative, the grips and saddle were not leather, the motor was not 750 w, it did not have a torque sensor and it is highly doubtful that they were 'bought' by a new owner and moved to Denver. Hi Vickie,

Thanks again for continuing to share your experience. I understand how strongly you feel — and I’m sorry that after so much time, you still haven’t felt heard or supported in the way you expected.

A brief history: Teleport Ride launched in 2023 in Canada, and the first batch of bikes was delivered in 2024 by the original ownership team. In 2025, our group acquired the brand and moved all operations to Denver, Colorado. That change marked a full reset — not just in leadership and location, but in how the product is built and how we approach communication and support.

Batch 1 has since been discontinued and replaced with Batch 2, launching in late 2025 with deliveries beginning in 2026. It includes:
A 157mm motor (up from 127mm) with better torque and top-end speed
A redesigned controller and upgraded 4A charger
New puncture-resistant CST 700C x 38C tires
Vegan grips and saddle, replacing the earlier leather
Frame sizing improvements and a completely reworked electrical and drivetrain platform

We’ve backed these changes with over $2,000,000 in investment, focused not just on engineering, but also on improving our customer service, operations, and support systems — all with the goal of creating a more transparent and dependable experience going forward.

If your situation hasn’t been fully resolved, I’d be glad to speak directly. Depending on the details, I may be able to send you a Batch 2 bike free of charge, as a gesture of goodwill. You can reach me at will.g@teleportride.com, and I’ll personally follow up.

Best regards,

Censorship

Teleport Ride has done a lot of work in silencing their critics. They have now had Meta shut down the Owner's Group FB page for those of us that had been shut out of the VIP page run by Teleport Ride. They are intentionally censoring anyone that does not give them a positive review. Avoid this company AT ALL COSTS.

Great products and not expensive

I ordered these products with the earlier formulation and enjoyed them. I used these products because of a YouTuber and am glad that I tried them. The products came swiftly and I used everything completely (except still have some butter left). I just re-ordered and am looking forward to the new formulation as this company is not afraid of utilizing customer feedback. Will definitely. order from them again.

Ditto on all the other 1 star reviewers…

Ditto on all the other 1 star reviewers say. I have not received the accessories I paid extra for and am being told by cut and paste emails that I was given a rear rack and fenders that I never ordered, so I should be all good. Well, its not all good. Everyone got those and those are items I DID NOT ORDER. I am repeatedly asking for a refund and they keep sending me in this infinite email doom loop.

Updated 10.1.24: And now I have been booted from the VIP page most likely for this honest review.

After reading this response, this company is still being dishonest. (We acquired Teleport Ride in 2025 and are addressing legacy reviews with care.)

Hi Vickie,

Thanks for the update — I know this has been a frustrating experience, and I want to offer some clarity and a sincere opportunity to resolve things.

Your order was placed during Batch 1, which was launched in 2023 and delivered in 2024 under the company’s original ownership. At that time, Teleport Ride was a Canadian-based, bootstrapped startup in its first production run. In early 2025, our team acquired the brand, moved operations to Denver, Colorado, and began a full rebuild of the company and product.

Since taking over, we’ve invested over $2,000,000 into reengineering the bike and improving every aspect of the customer experience — from support systems to packaging, fulfillment, and communication.

We’ve also completely redesigned the bike based on rider feedback. The newly launched Batch 2 features:

A more powerful 157mm motor with stronger acceleration and better hill-climbing
An upgraded controller system and 2025 LG battery platform
A faster, quieter 4A charger
Refined frame sizing, drivetrain, OLED display, and puncture-resistant tires
And significant improvements across components, accessories, and build quality

If you’re still feeling disappointed with what you received — whether due to missing accessories or how your concerns were handled — I’d like to make things right.

I may be able to send you a Batch 2 bike free of charge, fully loaded with all accessories, as a gesture of goodwill.

Please feel free to reach out to me directly at will.g@teleportride.com — I’ll personally take care of your situation.

Best regards,
William Gaston

Review of Nutrafol

I have used Nutrafol for over 3 years…

I have used Nutrafol for over 3 years and I have gained thickness and length in my hair and have been able to retain the length. My hair had been thinning from iron deficiency and a change in hormones. I will continue to take it for maintenance. And let me not forget that their customer service is AMAZING. If I ever had an issue with a missing shipment, they sent another with no questions asked and when I asked about a promo rate no longer applying, they reinstated it and some. I will use these products as long as I can.
