No complaints with the quality of stock - my item arrived in perfect condition. However, I paid £7.50 for a DPD Next Day service and the company didn’t dispatch until two days after my order date. This meant that the item I had purchased for someone’s birthday present did not arrive in time. After explaining to customer services, they refused to refund my postage cost as a goodwill gesture. No good! Won’t be shopping there again.

Thank you for your feedback, I am pleased you like the products. We are sorry you experienced a problem. I have been through the emails and we can not located this issue. If there is ever an issue with DPD next day we do always refund the postage, I can not see any issue, so please contact us if you feel there is a problem. Since the start of the pandemic, we have changed DPD to state it is not next day anymore due to the virus and keeping staff and couriers safe as a priority. Therefore if you ordered after the cut off time then it could have been sent 2 days after you ordered. If that makes sense? This is stated when you checkout and on our delivery page. We have been working hard and in a safe way with no delays and we have been upfront and honest about delivery times. We changed DPD to state it was not next day anymore due to the pandemic but it is still a faster option . In March it would have been impossible to guarantee this for any retailer.
