Thank you for your review on Trustpilot.

I am sorry to hear this, unfortunately we have not received a prescription as of yet for the inhalers.

This request is still pending with the surgery, we would advise you to contact the surgery to enquire the location of the prescription and ask this to be issued. Each time a prescription is received, a confirmation is sent to the customer and this lists all items that have been prescribed. It does advise that if something is missing or different to speak with the surgery regarding this.

Please accept my apologies for the inconvenience that has been caused.
