The incompetence is off the chats.

The incompetence is off the chats.
Its staggering how a company can either be continue trading with this sort of service.
Just a quick glance at the reviews shows any time anyone has an issue they manage to completely mess it. How are they not embrased in to doing something about it.
There IT systems for the most part do not work they constantly get things wrong and the worst its the service.
Its none existent it genuinely takes hours to get through and more than often than not they just drop your call as soon as you do..

The Web chat is no better huge waits 5 minutes between each answer and there only function is they can send a record of the chat to you. Nothing else.
Its madness.
Do not use them. Tell your friends, tell you family not to use them.

Just to add my 2 cents.

They sell poorly made counterfeit goods at an increased price to make it look less suspicious.

Do not buy from here. Do not encourage this type of poorly made mass counterfeit operation.
Avoid.

A Disappointing Decline in Service and…

A Disappointing Decline in Service and Quality

I never imagined I would be writing this review, but unfortunately, I feel completely let down by John Lewis, a company that seems to have lost its commitment to service and quality.

We recently purchased a Frame TV after visiting the store twice. On both occasions, we received the same information, which made us confident in our decision to purchase. However, what followed has been extremely disappointing.

We were promised free installation and setup of the TV, but despite repeated requests, this still has not been fulfilled—20 days after our purchase.

Additionally, we were assured on two separate occasions that we would receive £260 worth of credit to use on apps, including the Frame picture service. To our dismay, this turned out to be false. The only "credit" included were free trials to services that require additional subscriptions—services that are already widely available to the public.

We gave John Lewis a chance to address these issues, but instead of apologizing or offering a resolution, their response was dismissive. They failed to address our main complaints and provided even more incorrect information, further exacerbating the situation.

With so many other retailers offering better customer service and transparency, I will no longer be choosing John Lewis for future purchases. They no longer provide the level of service that once set them apart from their competition.

Terrible service

Not a great experience, the washing machine had a serious and quite catastrophic fault resulting in damage to my new kitchen. There was zero concern or apology and the service was very poor. They insisted I repackage the wahing machine at my expense as thier courier was not equipped to take other wise.
I did get a refund but a third party had to step in and assist.
I'm out of pocket for the packing and the damage caused.
Do not buy from this company.
You've been warned.

Truly one of the worst energy suppliers…

Truly one of the worst energy suppliers in what is already a pretty poor market.

They have one the worst customer service department ls I have ever experienced thier atuide to gdpr is at best cavalier and worst down right illegal.

Not only do they miss calculate bills, send out incorrect statements and persure the wrong people despite being informed on numerous occasions that there information is flawed.

Thier call centers are located off shore leading to a terrible service and lack accountability you can spend litaral hours on the phone only to be disconnected because the agent has lost interest or is unable to deal with the most basic of requests.

No matter the time of day or day of the month they are experiencing higher than usual calls, it's clearly no higher than normal its just normal but despite racking in millions of pounds they do not employe staff to meet the demand.

Please do not use this company

No order, no refund, no communication, avoid

Ordered an item on Next day delivery, it did not arrive.
I sent an email asking for the tracking. They did not respond.
I called several times, they did not answer.
I emailed again asking for a refund. They did not respond.
over 2 weeks later the item arrived, its no longer required as I got one somewhere else.
Still no response from email or the telephone.
Avoid at all cost this does not seem like a legitimate business.

This is not a simple process and has had its challenges, however the warehouse is up to date and if you have any outstanding queries; this can be dealt with by email to customerservices@anydaydirect.co.uk.

Your item was delivered. We are quoting 7 day delivery to account for the longer than expected temporary picking delays whilst the new warehouse gets acquainted with the stock items.

Awful Awful and awful.

Awful Awful and awful.

In 8 weeks they have manged to send me 1 dried dead plant out of the 20 i ordered.

They have turned off their phones they don't answer emails and they don't respond to the fax number they have listed.

They have a completely different companies telephone number printed as thiers on their own invoices an issue im told they are aware of yet haven't done anything about.

An absolute joke!

This is hands down the worst company I have ever had to deal with their customer service is practically non existent and sees fit to waste hours of your time.

They will happily take you money but as soon as any sort of problems arise they will shift all blame to somewhere or some else and take absolutely no responsibility for it.

Parcels has been stolen through the couriers neglisanise? not there problem.
Parcel as been run over and destroyed through the couriers negligence? not there problem.
Parcel was delivered to the wrong address due the courriors mistake and then lost? not there problem.

They flat out refuse to look into these issue they keep you on web chat for hours passing you from one person to the next with no notice due to shift changes, they chat to six people at once meaning the most basic of question can take 10-15 minutes to even get a response. I could go on and on.

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
