Impossible reservation operators

Impossible reservation operators who make serious mistakes and then can not help you. Got a major run around for the reservation I made, which was confirmed and then changed without communication. I then tried to correct the issue they caused, which I had proof in writing and wasted 7 phone calls none of which an actual senior person who could fix the issue ever responded to. Finally canceled all my reservations with Intercontinental and moved to Marriott locations. AVOID Intercontinental

NO Customre service

I travel internationally often. Just had the worst experience with the IHG Intercontinental hotel reservation group. I made a simple reservation for he property in Barcelona, Called back a week later to make another reservation this time in Paris. The agent told me that upon review my reservation in Barcelona she could provide the same room for less money. She then changed my reservation. Surpise I get an email confirmation at a higher rate. I immediately called back and was told she they could not change it and give me back my old rate didn't matter I had written confirmation IHG had canceled that. I ask for a supervisor who opened a case and was told IHG would respond in 24 hours. Two days later I got an email confirming the new higher rate. I called again. Was told IHG would escalate the matter and expect a call within 24 hours. Never got a call. After four more calls and NEVER speaking to anyone in the USA or indeed a supervisor and being told IHG could not resolve the issue they created I was forced to cancel my reservations both in Paris and Spain having invested a total of 7.3 hours on the phone attempting to fix an issue IHG created and NEVER having gotten even the hint of a resolution AVOID this hotel group!!

Sonos speakers continue to drop

Sonos speakers continue to drop from my wifi. Sonos tech support totally not helpful. I have rebooted my router, reset the Sonos speakers over 17 times. Spent over 11 hours one the phone with Sonos call centers tech support. Never have had Sonos speakers work for more than 32 hours without dropping off my network. totally a waist of money and time.

Review of AmeriGas Propane

AmeriGas - the worst

I closed my account with AmeriGas after months of not responding to issues. On 11/25/2024 AeriGas sent me a final bill indicating they owed me $185.71 I called to confirm and was told they would send me a check. That check for the balance owed never arrived. I called three times and was connected to the call center offshore who explained they are not connected to AermiGas and have no way to process the refund indicated on my final bill. I was basically told the best way to get my money is to take the company to court with a copy of the final bill. That means I need to file and spend money in small claims to get what is owed and admitted by AemeriGas as being owed. Terrible company and has months of issues.

The absolute worst customer service of…

The absolute worst customer service of any security firm. Spent over 90 minutes actually timed for a simple repair to reach a person who scheduled a service call. The call was two days later and the tech sent did not repair the system resulting in an additional 73 minutes on the phone to actually reach a real person not in an offshore call center only permitted to read a script. I was told I needed to wait several days for another tech to arrive at home to fix what the first tech did not fix. Lets me without security for a week! Clearely not acceptable for a security company.

Review of AmeriGas Propane

Avoid this company

Avoid this company. No customer service! Has two call centers one in the Philippines and one in India yet neither center has the ability to directly contact Amerigas and each center is independent and not controlled by Amerigas. You can not reach Amerigas there actual company EVER for any reason. AVOID Amerigas any way you can or you will be trapped. Can't even terminate their service without months of hassle.

Awful customer service. Had two appointments made that were not kept. Called and placed on hold first time for 43 mins . Second time on hold for 37 mins.

Don's trust this order site

Don's trust this order site. I tried twice to order wine from the site and both times they accepted the order and charged my credit card. About a week later each time they sent an email canceling the order. I then had to wait without wine for an additional week to week and a half to get my money back. I attempted 4 different wines to order and each time they were unable to deliver. simple shame
