We are frequent Pharmacy visitors, i am the frequent visitor to pick up. since you can see i have too many medicines to pick up for an Asian Indian thickest accent man. I wanted to really appreciate is Mrs. Chi Duong -best and outstanding Pharmacy manager-highly helpful, quick, efficient and she would be a great asset. In the Pharmacy Technician Alex or not sure of his spelling-tall, good, highly capable, honest, customer-oriented ...truly efficient. People like him should be recognized. In the Store: To recognize: one: David is a great manager, Store staff: Nadia, Jaine, Joe, Julie, and Patrick are all formidable, great worth recognizing. Patrick, Julie, and few others are dedicated to this Publix Store. Please add Angela and LIz in the Bakery. As you can see, I have been coming 20 + years back when Mark Whitt was a general manager. Tommy showed up right on time on a Sunday, Church day-> August 31st 2025. I really appreciate his work skills and related to the troubleshooting of the root cause of the water flow every few months, we have tried multiple sources and experts, but he gave a clear path to resolve. his work ethic is high , he is honest, straightforward...straight forward. This kind of person in this industry, we should appreciate. In todays world it is rare to find such people. Please pass this to the Upper management. Great service done by them .. person who picked the call was nice too..i believe according to my family...she called and talked to similar to Tonya or similar or so.. Thanks again.. Super best doctor in the doctor in Edgewater drive ....before you hit Fairbanks avenue if you are coming from Lockhart Post office. Great thing is, he wanted to cure with natural vegetables, fruits and supplments, instead of giving lot of medications- highly skilled, goes to the root cause of the issue. No one till now from the US Called... all these they only see the emails i guess.. we found that out. we need to escalate to real CEO President office Alex Chriss...Till now no one take any action or response or accountability. First of all, they say in Trustpilot, we will be contacting, which is not followed even for a bit. Then they say i should call and call goes always out of the country. They wanted to treat as if i am at the beck and call. i pay for the service.. I have been with Paypal for 20 years... last few months and this year, all the things have changed out of country , they say Global and no one is in US... Daniel writes back, you call , here they write we will call you..he writes he says he is an executive which is not true, again unethical and he says i should call - he thinhe he is the CEO- bad attitude.. it takes 10 emails to get one apology or 1 sorry... finally he makes out of country call , she does not follow professional etiquette, all were shouting and dancing in the office behind..- this is not a US Professional ..some one higher up in the President should review like an Undercover boss about them 200%
Still you guys don't follow.
A. Call at odd time
B. Straight away say call is being recorded
C. Basic US etiquette isn't there? Don't ask is it good time to talk to you.
D. Keep on speakers phone,too many people talking while all others were joking or so. This will never happen if US personnel calls.
I am lost..repeating same thing multiple times wasting time..I need to pay for all this. All these years never had a bad experience..I want someone in US..what time we can schedule. You say apologizes after I said10 times. You don't ask what time to call. I wanted to speak, before I escalate on this matter..totally not accountable
Please escalate to President's office in USA. Would appreciate it..not writing the same. Calling at wrong hours, still harassing long time customer. Never had a single problem while they were in US

Treating a long time customer like this is totally not acceptable..

Food was fantastic ... love the Dosa so much... we picked up few more for our family and next few days... The kitchen cook should be or must be from Madras i guess.. he did a fantastic job on all the south indian dishers.. my family got some North indian food like Paneer Masala, Parata, Chapathi etc.. Good food, i would definitely recommend . Person who served was Anthony.. This happened on a Saturday evening around 18:30 PM approxiately. July 12th 2025.
Ambience was fantastic... loved the way they have done the restaurant.

Outstanding Super Doctor Dr. Gokul Kumar. In the front desk, Maddy excels in her word. Her colleague is also super nice... on 7/18/2025 person who took for initial screening on pressure and she was so quick, smart , highly efficient. Today’s world it is rare- she is one of the best. While learning Destiny was kind enough to infirm, hope you got the gifts ,& items. AmazingWe had a great service on July 13th 2025 Sunday between 18:45 PM to 21:00 Hrs... Ms. Danielle did a fantastic job in searching the right items for three different folks..she is caring, highly educated, well mannered... highly effective as a Team lead..she had the knack to help the customers.. Willingness. Store had the best selection..

They promise to do immediately according to the site, they take a week to respond..it goes out of the country . Next is if there is a cuase, can they update immeidately or inform or call the customer...are they lacking to call outside, if thats the rule, they should tell customer..Poor quality service..on this entire deal. .3. Customer service and compliance department do not have accountability..it states transfers immediately they take like multiple days and i need to keep calling to get the updates- all these happened June 2025.. i have sent a multiple messages, No one from US has ever called till now to discuss about it also
