Do not do business with this company! I tried to contact customer service to cancel my order. I tried “live chat”, I answered the their many questions & then they ended the chat. This happened 4 times. I call the contact number it goes to a different company, their email to me is a no-reply email. I contacted my bank, filed a dispute & they reversed the charges. (Chase Manhattan)

I got 3 custom Christmas Ornaments with photos of my grandkids popping out of a Christmas gift box. They’re really cute! Two are indeed popping “out” of the box but the third one shows the photo behind the box, not in the box. Note: Don’t use photos with dark clothing.

BEWARE: Read these current reviews. I cut and paste the most recent as my story is EXACTLY the same!
I will be cancelling the order today.

Liars and BAD business practices
Liers and Sh1tty business practices. Sh1tty and absent customer service.

I purchased the elliptical e95s a month ago 5/17/2020. For only one reason.

Their website said the equipment will be shipped 6/4. So it didn't happen. I waited a week till 6/10. I then emailed them and asked where is it. They gave me a tracking # and said it's shipped. Now it's 8 days I am emailing them because that tracking# is not recognized by the shipper.

And their support person gives me standard answers:

a. Sorry
b. Get a refund
c. I am setting the right expectation (is to have no expectations actually).

So I have no idea how much longer do I need to wait, but if I knew they purposely lie about the delivery dates - I would not place the order.


SOLE is full of **** (You know what is the word)

Buy from another reputable vendor. The reputation of SOLE is TRASH.

SUPPORT of SOLE is TRASH as well.

If I could give "-10" I would.
