Ordered the July box. It’s almost Christmas. They won’t refund me. Won’t pick up the phone. Total scam. Where’s the class action against them?!

I wish I could give less than 1 star, which I'm sure is what most people are saying. I ordered one box about a year ago and it was very successful. Then I decided to order the JULY BOX. It's currently the middle of October. No one in customer service (phone OR email) can't tell me why it hasn't shipped. Every day I hear the same thing. "This is scheduled to ship out this week." They tell you this every week. I asked for a refund, they said I have to fill out a form, but no one gives me the form. I FINALLY got a form today (again, 3 months after purchasing) and they tell me that within 5-10 business days I will have my refund. I'll hold my breath, as I'm sure the money wil never come back to my account. Everything about this company is awful and I really hope there's some sort of class action suit going on.

EDIT* Just wanted to add that Man Crates never did send me the actual crate I ordered, like they said in their reply. I just felt the need to let the community know that although there was a reply, they did not follow up.
Awful.
Ordered a shower beer crate for Valentine's Day. We sat around the campfire with our friends as he opened it, to find everything that I did not order, including boxer shorts with another man's name on it. So glad he chose to still get down on one knee after that.
Then I contacted the company. They apologized and said they would ship out the shower beer crate. I emailed back asking if I would receive shipping info once it shipped. 2 weeks later, 5 emails, countless phone calls later, no response. Today, FINALLY got a response....TO TELL ME THAT IT'S OUT OF STOCK. Nope. Never again. I so appreciate that you sent me a crate that was half of the price of what I actually ordered. Waiting for my refund and I won't be ordering ever again.
