If doing so, ensure you’ve envisaged how you wish the card to look and images are to hand, font sizing & text colouring have also been considered.

Glasgow staff had to handle a ‘telephone order’ return due to another store involved dispatching the wrong coloured trouser as the specific size of the matching item wasn’t available in the Glasgow store.
Successful in collection of my verbally reserved jacket (Glasgow) I had my refund netted off against the purchase price in a seamless simultaneous transaction.
I did have the inconvenience of having to reorder via telephone the correct coloured replacement item but confidence hasn’t diminished in the team based on any one individual’s oversight.
It should be noted confusion was added to because this wasn’t an online order as the items having been reduced were no longer available via the website.
