The process was extremely smooth and fast. I ordered the watch online with friendly assistance via chat. They agreed to ship it to the Miami location so I could easily have it sized. The watch arrived the next day and was on my wrist by the afternoon.

I am already planning on going in to sell a Rolex and purchase another.

From purchase to receiving my new watch, it only took 4 days!! The Bezel concierge was extremely helpful and accommodating with allowing my piece to be shipped to a FedEx location since I tend to have delivery problems in my building.

Cettire offers incredible deals on new season pieces. My only complaint is the cost of returns. Returns can cost 75.00 per item if you have a large order (over $800, I think), so you are incentivized to break your order up over several days if you are not 100% sure the item will fit.
