I encountered some difficulties while…

I encountered some difficulties while configuring the Discord WHMCS linking add-on; the issue was not with the add-on itself, but rather with an error on my part. I contacted Andrezzz, who promptly connected to my computer and efficiently resolved the problem. I have never experienced such exceptional support before. I highly recommend his add-ons.

Find another host.

I read a KB on their website, and I followed it but it no longer works. I opened a ticket and linked the KB and told them it no longer works. Within minutes I get a response but the agent copies and pastes the KB that didn’t work for his response. I told him the options aren’t there and sent a screenshot. It’s been over two days without a response on the support ticket. After 24 hours of no response I sent a request for a refund. I got a generic response saying that my service would be cancelled at the end of the term, I asked for a refund again and I haven’t heard from them in over 24 hours and my support ticket is still open 2 1/2 days later with no response. Live chat is a joke, it’s an AI and when you say “agent” it doesn’t find anyone. Save your money.

UPDATE: In my opinion there's NO real Support team. After 5 days of a ticket being open with no response, a bot responded to a ticket with the SAME answer as the first response. I reached out to livechat, and only bots, no real people. This just keeps going down hill.

I will give 3 stars

I will give 3 stars. The experience started off good but changed. It seems that you don't get support responses until late at night or early morning. Their LiveChat is only available 09:00 - 17:00 GMT Monday to Friday which if you're in the US that's not ideal. Also calling them from the US isn't a great thing either. Right now their support system is down which doesn't allow you to open tickets. So if you're in the US, then you're kinda out of luck.

I bought a lifetime VPS server and it…

I bought a lifetime VPS server and it was a mistake. On their website it says that over 600 games can be installed by their game control panel. They leave out that alot of those are Minecraft installs. I started looking through their game list and I couldn't the two games that I wanted that I thought would be in there since they offer that "game server" standalone. I contacted support to see if they could give me a credit so I can get the two servers that I really want and they said no. So know I have a server that I would have to put alot of work into to make work for those two games or just accept the fact that I lost money

While we offer a variety of game installs through our control panel, I can understand how it may have seemed unclear when the specific games you wanted weren’t listed. If a game isn’t available on the VPS, you can always contact our support team, and we can look into adding it to the game server install feature.

Please note that if the dedicated server files for a game are designed for Windows and hosted on a Windows machine, installing it on a VPS with our game server install feature isn’t possible, as the VPS runs on Linux.

I advise against using REVE chat

I advise against using REVE chat. I have been attempting to cancel my service for more than three months, yet I continue to incur monthly charges. When I reach out to customer support, they respond with, "we are working on it," which suggests that it takes them three months to process a cancellation and send an email. Additionally, their mobile application occasionally becomes unavailable on the US Apple App Store.

I’ve used Dedicated.com for a few projects here and there, and recently started using them again for some of my business needs. I have to say that their support is awesome, they're quick to respond and extremely helpful. Matthew and Damian are absolutely awesome. Dedicated.com has awesome prices and great customer support. I’ve been following this company for the past few years and I love the direction they’re going. Keep up the great work guys!

Many Hoops

I run a small company and getting reviews has been difficult. Trustpilot has added to the challenge, when customers add reviews they've been flagged and removed. The customer has to jump through more hoops and IF they do then it takes days if not weeks to get a review added again. This has happened to a few people that have left a review. They get removed by the automated system that states "while we're confident that this is the right call, we appreciate that something we get it wrong.". I've seen this happen a few times, and it's been wrong each time. I would recommend doing some research and looking for another place for reviews.

Bad Hardware & Bad Support

** Update: They keep trying to get this review removed from Trustpilot for making up things by saying this review isn't for them. This review is for you UltaHost. Moving to one star now.

I started using UltaHost a few days ago. I ordered a VPS from them. Well we started having issues running two very low end websites which the first VPS server should've handled with no issue. Both websites were lagging and the CPU was jumping to 100%. Support told me I needed more resources, I didn't think this was true but I went ahead and spent more money. BUT that didn't fix it either.

I reached out to another host and we set up the same two sites on one of their VPS and it ran with no issues. Not even above 50% CPU. This new VPS has the same specs as the UltaHost server.

I reached out to billing to request a refund. They refunded the first cost of the stage 1 VPS but they refuse to refund the cost of the upgrade which was $78. Per their terms, I get that. However support told me that I needed more resources which didn't help at all. This was recommended by staff. The gave me credit, which I won't use because their hardware is unstable.

The support team was alright.

I would recommend spending more money with another host so you don't have these issues.

Fanatics uses OSM shipping and my…

Fanatics uses OSM shipping and my package has been lost.... My package hasn't moved in 10 days... I reached out to Fanatics and they gave me my money back but to have a $100+ package lost is very sad. After talking to Fanatics I went to go look at reviews for OSM and oh boy they are horrible. I couldn't find a rating over 2 stars. I will not order anything from any company that uses them because it's the cheap way out. After looking at other people's reviews it looks like this is normal for them. OSM get your crap together.

Starting the service is easy but the support is pretty bad. I've been trying to move my domain for days now and I keep getting the runaround. I had to wait days for the auth code and when I got it the transfer kept failing but they don't know why.

I would recommend finding somewhere else to host your services.

I ordered a server a few days ago and I…

I ordered a server a few days ago and I was having issues with their website because it’s hard to use. Everything is in a different language so it makes it 10 times harder even if you do select English. I’ve had a ticket open for two days trying to get a refund, it shouldn’t be this hard. They’re asking me alot of questions and all I want is a refund.

I would recommend staying away.

UPDATE: After posting this review I now have a refund. It shouldn’t have to take 7 emails back and forth to get a refund.
