Misled by sales rep who assured us we…

Misled by sales rep who assured us we would receive leads through their "leading" industry sites. Thousands of dollars later and zero results. Definitely better marketing options out there. Don't walk away -- RUN from this company.

Even though I no longer live in the…

Even though I no longer live in the tristate area, B&H is still my "go to" IT equipment store. They ALWAYS have the best prices, selection in stock and ship fast. Love you guys! PS - Still miss watching the conveyor belts on the ceiling of the store.

Long-time customer here

Long-time customer here. Sites are down entirely too often. I like Hostgator pricing but service has degraded in recent years. Too difficult to reach support but worse, the frequency that my sites go down has definitely increased. I don’t recommend Hostgator shared hosting if uptime is important to your business. Ironically, as I’m writing this my sites are down...

Update: after my review this morning, a Hostgator Support Manager reached out to me today, provided help with resolving my issues, and escalated my issue so I can ensure my remaining problems are addressed by support. Today Hostgator reminded me why I first chose to trust the company with my hosting needs so long ago. Thanks, Hostgator!
