I originally tried to order an XS and their team asked for measurements and assured me the size up would still fit and changed my order size and then when it arrived it was WAY too big, I would have been happy to cancel and refund if they didn’t have the size I wanted but they pushed me to take a different size so now it’s really poor customer service to not pay for the return as they encouraged me to take this order in a size up when I was happy to cancel and now I have to pay just as much for international shipping or keep an order I can’t use and don’t want

Ryan was excellent, professional, polite, on time, friendly and efficient. Replaced the broken lock within 24 hours of my call. I’ve saved his details and will definitely book again.

Poor Service.

We ordered our matress in December and paid for old mattress collection with our order, our Mattress was delivered two weeks late and 2 months later they STILL have not collected our old mattress, our customer service enquiries only receive an auto reply and they do not have a customer service number to call, really poor service.
