Upfront PCO scams
After i signed up with uber i needed a PCO car. So at the uber hub there was a upfront pco scams representative was there. I asked him what is there criteria to rent the car from them. He said ' minimum 3 months rental and one months notice to returrn the car and £500 deposit. Once i got my new phone in place he then passed me to this person called Georgina where she send these e mails this information to load the details on to the Uber app. The arrangement were made to pick the car from Jemeca toyota in collinwood. The car had damaged seat at the back , the front seat had cracks and body scraches and one of the hub on the tyre was also missing. I called there office to report the damage, but by now the report has fallen on there deaf ear as the contract is signed, and if i am to return the car they will deduct £299 ponds out of my deposit as early return fee. The contract is designed to scam the customer. There is no such thing that you hire for 3 months and then you give one month notice to return car and you get your deposit back. So they kept £199 out of my deposit for early return of the car and, you have to go and your own MOT and they did not reinburse my money she made an excuse i didnt get the receipt. When the car went for repair to the seat they were supose to pay me for the one day credit they didnt pay me for that either. So i took the company to court 19/02/2020 at brentford county court. And i managed to get my portion of my money from them of £122.50. So people pass this info to every person in private hire industry if they got the car return it now and wash your hands with this company now. They are unfair and unreasonable, especialy this woman called Georgina very nasty person , she got offended by calling her 'Lady' ,i will be waiting for my money if she do not send me the money i will be sending the bailiff to collect the debt.
