Goodness the staff were clearly…

Goodness the staff were clearly untrained and I could barely understand a word they said. I can only assume we were being transferred to a call centre overseas. After speaking with three different call handlers, they simply sent a form to my daughter’s online account, despite the issue being urgent. In the end, I had to Google the problem myself and discovered it could be resolved by selecting a few options on my daughter’s online account. This caused unnecessary stress for my daughter, who has health issues. Thank goodness for Google!

Very poor

Very poor, in fact if I could give no stars I would. I had a car accident in August 2021 it should of been an easy claim third party admitted liability for the accident. However quote me happy instructed solicitors Carpenters to deal with the claim the solicitors don’t answer calls or respond to emails until you put complaints in both carpenters and quote me happy have been hopeless the claim is still not sorted. Plus I’ve complained to quote me happy a number of times no one gets in touch. Not only that I’ve paid my excess to quote me happy they said I should claim this back from the third party, third party state they have paid quote me happy the excess back so they need to reimburse me the money, quote me happy said Carpenters have the money. It’s a complete joke if being in an accident isn’t stressful enough dealing with this company and their so called solicitors is a whole new level.
