Ordered some items. They sent twice as much as I ordered. In an effort to return the excess items and get a refund they would not answer emails OR phone calls. I have made repeated efforts to contract them, all efforts have gone unanswered. Their customer service is deplorable. DO NOT deal with these idiots.

I signed up for auto pay and when my bank was late twice with the monthly payment they charged me a late fee equal to my monthly payment. And then canceled my account. They are cheaters and thieves. Don’t deal with these idiots.

In the loan process they started asking for totally unnecesary documents. THE HASSELE was too much stress, so I canceled the loan proess and asked for my $500 back. Based on the feedback here I will be surprised to get it.
As of 3/3/2020 I did receive my $500 back. It was preceeded by numerous phone calls beggin me to reconsider.
I didn't reconsider.
