We ordered our hot tub on June 7th at the raceway. The total came just under $10K. We put down $5K with our credit card and the tub was to be delivered between 6 and 8 weeks. I called the first week of August several times and contacted them via email through the website. No response. On August 11th I went to the showroom in North Chesterfield and the place was empty and deserted. They never delivered and kept our $5000. I have reported them to the bank and BBB. Going to file two civil suits next week against the companies and the owners.

I sent a pair of Gucci sunglasses in to have the lenses replaced because Lens Crafters stated they could do it, but it would cost $230. I was notified upon arrival, I was notified with turnaround time, and I was notified when they shipped back for $99! Lenses are mint and I'm so happy I can wear them again.

The products are LEGIT and provide the practitioner with everything needed for a flawless finish. Product arrives within 3 or 4 business days!

My husband purchased a ring for me on the website and it was puny and dull. I contacted them to exchange it for another ring and the SERVICE was excellent but again the Naia moonstone ring was very small (incredibly small) compared to photos on the website so read the description.

I've bought a few things off of Mercari that I was given the dimensions of and when I got the items (boots), they did not fit and I was unable to return them. I had to resell them and took a pretty good size loss of funds so I'm much less prone to buy off of Mercari vs. some of the other sites.
