Before you buy , call and confirm if item is in stock, otherwise you will pay and following day you will get a email stating its out of stock , after you will have to chase them as they wont give you any updates. we had to wait nearly four weeks.

Thank you for the review, we apologize the experience was not what you expected.
The cooler purchased was a none stock item and we immediately explained that it would arrive in 3-4 weeks as it had to be imported - the lead time is indicated on the product page.
We then proceeded to offer free upgrades to the larger models which we do physically stock in our warehouse, however, you rejected this.
I have since reached out to you but no response has been received to try and resolve the issue.
