Super helpful and understanding . . . not the norm!
I'd dropped the ball on paying an invoice. One of those that lands and you tell yourself you'll get to it later . . . then promptly forget. I got an email reminding me of the payment and when I responded straight away, Chloe was super helpful and understanding and got me sorted out with a short payment plan right away.
