Everything about this experience was positive. The online portal for arranging a windscreen repair was intuitive and worked well. The follow up call from an agent was near-immediate and his advice and help was valuable. The appointment to replace my windscreen at home was only three days in the future, which I thought was pretty quick. On the day, the communication from the technician about his arrival time was helpful, and when he arrived he was so friendly. Told me precisely what he was going to do, did it in super-quick time, and left me a happy customer.
