Questions cannot always be answered Yes or No, empathy needed and understanding of some basis clinical needs, for example , went to the dentist to have a tooth removed due to tooth decay, should understand this and ask 10 questions why did you visit the dentist, medical check up which as routine blood tests, seeing a hygienist , routine eye examinations
