This is my story with Next Direct. I ordered a paid for a dress. I received order and the item was damaged in a way that I cannot wear it. Contacted customer care and sent them pictures as evidence. The customer care representative was not helpful at all. The only resolution that was offered was to take the hassle, go the the post office, wait behind the queue and send the faulty item back. If the size did not fit yes I would have done that, but to return a faulty item not worth the hassle. Customer care experience has been terrible and being a loyal customer this is a big let down. My advise think twice before spending good money at next as you might get a damaged one and that is all you get!!
