No communication due to part time office staff
I payed £144 on 27th November and it is now the 12th of December. I haven't received any confirmation of my order and haven't received my glasses. I have sent a message through the website and 2 email's and still haven't heard from them. Won't be using again and will be reporting to trading standards.
Since writing the post they have replied to my emails and shipped my glasses.

Many thanks for your review, I am sorry you have had a hard time in contacting us. We are a small family business and our sales and admin teams work part time, unfortunately this fell on the days you contacted us. While making your order you will have seen the notice on the Cart page, Checkout page, our Shipping page and Information page where we state that it can take up to 21 days to manufacture and ship your glasses to you.
I understand from our shipping department that they spoke to you upon our return and receipt of your emails and your glasses were shipped well within the 21 days we request upon order.
I hope this has gone some way to clarify the issue for you. You can continue to contact us at info@safetyprotectionglasses.com and I will reply as soon as we are in the office.

Design flaw, splitting at the seam
I have had a few pairs now as they are really comfortable but don't think I will be buying anymore as there seems to be a design flaw. They split on the seam between the rear section and the middle section, this has now happened to 4 pairs now.
