Quick response. Swift delivery. all good. One small thing, I placed my order and then a few days later was asked to download and provide a copy of my prescription. Not a problem, and understandably wise, but why not just ask for that at the time of the initial order and make it part of the initial purchase? (Just meant delaying a couple of days and I was in a hurry for the glasses). Also good that they have changed from hard glasses case (which I have lots of now!) to a recyclable material glasses pouch.

Website easy to navigate, well laid out, useful to have map link. Not quite 5 stars because my first attempt allowed me to book a space that wasn't available (booked, contacted parking space owner to check all ok, he said not available! Pleased I checked). Rebooked another space. All good
