Very nice experience, kind and professional staff. I was at the location in Vesterbro and I had Rebecca ad my hairdresser. I had a balayage and a haircut :)

The package says it was picked up at a package point on a day when I was not even in the country. I never got it since. It was also a super expensive package. Try to avoid Postnord when ordering, otherwise may the force be with you but prepare for the worst.

They can´t deliver anything. Avoid using them if possible. The customer service also can´t help you with anything....

They simply don´t deliver the packages. No matter if you are at home or not, they will just send the package back to where is came from. They never ring the bell and they don´t know how to use the postbox. I always use another company if I can...

The silver rings are getting very easily scratched in a short time (first scratches appeared after the first use already). The design is nice, but be a are of the quality issues.

I was at home the whole day when my package was supposed to be delivered and post nord delivered my package to a pick up point instead. If I choose home delivery, it means that I want it to be delivered to my home and not to a pickup point (I could have chosen that option too, but I didn’t )....

The package was not delivered to the previously agreed place.
