Tricky contract termination

Tricky contract termination : Everything seems to be working fine and although pricey, the services provided are as described. My only disappointment came when it came to closing the number. As mentioned, I did ring up the office to provide my month notice which has to be via phone or email only. There were no questions asked and termination was acknowledged over the phone but no emails so I went back again a week before for PUC codes to transfer the numbers where I found out that they would require another month to get a PUC code which no one mentioned while when I spoke over the phone. Parent Shield Team please make it bit more know to Parents for such things

Hi Ash, Sorry, we didn't know the cancellation confirmation was in your spam folder. Nobody ever has any difficulty cancelling with ParentShield - you'd find many people here saying so if that was the case.
A mobile account has to be kept open until a PAC is used, and a PAC is valid for 30 days, so if you cancel and then come back weeks later and ask for a PAC we have no option but to keep the account open.
Lesson learned - and apologies, we'll find some way of getting a confirmation or feedback after the information is sent.

Recently purchased a washing machine…

Recently purchased a washing machine with installation services, both Hazem and Innocent were amazing, to do their relative jobs. On time and quick delivery. Very professional and conveyed the message for the part they couldn’t fix. Highly recommended.

Be careful with their late invoicing technic

We took our daughter last year for an agreed consultation at Portland street for a fee With Dr Malouf for £260 but was then charged £280 plus which was settled. After 2 weeks they sent an invoice of £243 for a swab test which was told to us for £20-30 by the reception staff. Still after a year they are now not agreeing on anything and have deployed ACT credit control team on us who are threatening for a legal action on us. This seems to be a common modus operandi for HCA reading the thread today. Happy to get any advise from people who went through the same.

Disastrous Sales team with no coordination

After reviewing the reviews elsewhere I thought they are better of the lot but no surprise they are worst. I registered my interest and to make the matter watertight I sent them all the photos of site to get approved which was okayed by the sales team. I paid and again submitted the details to double check that installation and everything is set correct and got an appointment of engineer after a month.The morning engineer called and pointed an issue with installation and then never turned up. The managers then offered an eye watering installation cost 4 times the price and 10 % discount which infact meant nothing. Two months of waiting and a day off from work I've nothing installed. I wonder if i can complaint to consumer court for such rogue traders.
