Absolutely rubbish

Absolutely rubbish, switched fro virgin TV is awful stuck in a contract till 2027 and strangely enough my bill keeps going up every month AVOID like the plague, can’t fast forward live, can't record on the mini box in spare room, can only record one program and watch another channel at a time TOTAL
WASTE OF MONEY

It's disappointing to read you've been unhappy with the move, and it's really not what I'd expect at all. Your bill certainly wouldn't be increased each month, so if it's higher than normal, it can be looked into to understand why that is.

Large Terranium my son bought for my…

Large Terranium my son bought for my birthday couple weeks ago - everything died so I took back - now new all plants died inside same as before- awful I have 2 from Lidl excellent 1/3rd of the price, can't leave feedback or find my local store to make a complaint just won’t buy any plants from there again god knows who their suppliers are but they are rubbish

Overpriced wiper blades that were purchased, front and rear which had been changed 10 months previously by same provider and worn out with little use of the car and i could have gone to local provider for much cheaper so
Wont be buying anything extra in the future

recently flew out of Birmingham on a short hall
flight, my son took us said we r too early, he dropped us off at 4am flight was at 7.05 and the whole time was spent queuing only just made the flight lots didn’t plane was half empty planes due to people not getting thru queues!!! 2nd worst bad at Birmingham, no staff, no signs, nothing, total rubbish, i have another pre booked flight from Birmingham unfortunately and that is it i will never fly from there again in my life time, i work for the nhs n thought that was bad cannot
believe this is a corporate business poor poor poor

Not a spa

children bought us a “spa package” at haughton hall Shrifnell, firstly this is not a spa and shouldn’t be listed on buyagift as one. It is a hotel with a pool that has a sauna and steam room, only 3 loungers and about 10 chairs by the pool and one of the loungers was broken. The pool is outside of the main hotel and cannot get into room until 3, there is a coffee machine at the pool but no food options, if
you want food u have to book in advance!!! no other options, u have to walk up to the hotel in your robe in the rain!!!! The hotel is very old which is nice but needs updating, the changing rooms at the pool are awful, the treatment was excellent though. if you are staying with buyagift you will be put in the annex of the hotel which is a fair way from the reception and bar and dining room. The room was cold even with the radiator on, had to watch the rugby in the room as no tv in the bar, hubby put towels over his legs!!!!! i really think buyagift should try the hotels first before putting on their site.
