To be fair the glasses turned up very quickly & the frames are very good unfortunately the prescription in them is wrong? Also in the case are another set of lens? Which I do not understand? Maybe they have my prescription lens in? Hopefully somebody from visual-click will contact me with an explanation as I was going to order 2 pairs at the ordering stage but my wife said let’s just order 1 pair & check they are ok first!! Glad I listened to her .

The second set of lens are the demo lens, i.e., the original plastic lenses of the frame withour prescription.
In order to check if the prescription is the correct one, we would need you to contact us and we will send you the instructions for the return of the product.
