Why oh why didn't I check with Trustpilot first. The items I received had no tags. They were either still visibly cut off or completely missing. No fabric content, no fabric care, no size...no more orders from me!
Review of Lumi Ageless
Convoluted return policy exposed minutes after sign up. Immediately requested cancellation and refund, promptly denied. The WORST customer service. Attempt by LUMI to disallow the refund request of ‘economic situation’ is inane. DO NOT SIGN UP. A scam.
Review of Soolinen
Received a damaged item. Also, label says 'linen', however, it is a cheap polyester shower-curtain like material. I was provided the option to return it using international shipping, gettng a 15% refund, or a '30% gift card for clothes you are not satisfied with'. Almost funny. Not. I contacted Soolinen prior to posting this review and requested a return shipping label for the damaged and misrepresented item. I was denied the shipping label. Very poor customer service.

If the item you received is not as described, or the color, size, fabric, or pattern is not suitable, please email us at sales@soolinen.com to request a return or exchange. We will cover the shipping costs.
