Horrible customer service and warranty claims
Filed claim April 2025 called for updated Fedex form told phone was not out of warranty did not honor original claim. Customer service is overseas Philippines on hold for over 30minutes transferred 2 times. Stay away from this horrible company with horrible warranty . They are not customer centric

I am locked out of my account for no apparent reason
I need to access to my funds for emergency reason
There deliberately make it difficult for contact them
There virtual assistant assistant is joke waiting for hours and then shutting you down
They should not be allowed to hold people money hostage
