Fantastic service!, I placed my order around 6.30pm on a Thursday & received it the following day at lunchtime (so about 18 hours).
Item was well packaged & I was kept informed on status of the delivery so good communication too.
Very pleased with the price I paid & would definitely recommend using Howe Tools again. Thank you.

Overall very good experience with easy to navigate website & good choice of tyres from budget to high end which were all competively priced. Selected 4 new tyres which were fitted locally to me the next day.
Only given 4* as I had trouble when it came to checking out my order as I encountered a problem with Worldpay as it declined my card several times due to a "glitch" but eventually the payment went through & I received an email confirming the order which was reassuring.
Review of Ideal World
Ordered a piranha jumbo chopper for a great price recently but unfortunately never received it due to Evri losing the parcel.
Used the Evri tracker & they definitely had it at their depot & next step was supposed to be delivery to customer, this status never changed in over 7 days, contacted Ideal World via email as I'd already waited more than they advise you to & within 24hrs was informed I'd be given a refund as the item was deemed as being missing & none in stock to replace,( I wonder if this was because this item is now over 2x the price I originally ordered showing on their website 22/01/23 albeit in a different colour), this was not a satisfactory solution as really wanted the item . Ideal World seriously need to review using Evri as their courier partner as they are letting you down big time & causing the customer unnecessary aggravation & time sorting out missing orders . No wonder Amazon are so successful, with next day free delivery!

Ordered some front rubber mats for a Jazz Sport, arrived next day. Absolutely faultless service, kept informed on status of order. The mats fit perfectly & take seconds to do (if you’re fortunate to have clips already in place, which mine were) & have absolutely no unpleasant odour to them. Very pleased with this genuine Honda part & the service received from Cox Motor Parts.
