Terrible service from Evri.
Ordered a piranha jumbo chopper for a great price recently but unfortunately never received it due to Evri losing the parcel.
Used the Evri tracker & they definitely had it at their depot & next step was supposed to be delivery to customer, this status never changed in over 7 days, contacted Ideal World via email as I'd already waited more than they advise you to & within 24hrs was informed I'd be given a refund as the item was deemed as being missing & none in stock to replace,( I wonder if this was because this item is now over 2x the price I originally ordered showing on their website 22/01/23 albeit in a different colour), this was not a satisfactory solution as really wanted the item . Ideal World seriously need to review using Evri as their courier partner as they are letting you down big time & causing the customer unnecessary aggravation & time sorting out missing orders . No wonder Amazon are so successful, with next day free delivery!
