The jewellery is stunning but the staff are amazing....so helpful and after ordering the wrong ring size (my own fault) they couldn't have been more helpful making sure I got the ring I wanted. Highly recommend ivy's attic jewellery ❤️

Lenses have still not arrived despite paying for fastest delivery within 1-2 days. Ordered on 27 October it's now the 1st November

Alex in customer service is very helpful. my items were delivered by fastway with the box torn open and each individual box of lenses opened with muddy finger prints on them. He couldnot have been more helpful when i brought this to attention
