Won’t refund my money

Disgraceful customer service, will not refund my money because I mistakenly clicked return to gift card and apparently this cannot be changed. I am unsure how that even makes sense. Not willing to even try help and resolve the issue just adamant they cannot give me back my money. Never shopping here again

I'm sorry to hear you are unhappy with the recent refund selection for your recent return.

We have introduced a new option in how customers can receive their refunds. Now you will be offered a refund to Gift Voucher – this option will earn you an extra 10% on top of your refund amount.

Or a refund to your original payment method – this will go back to your payment method, with no extras.

When you start a return you will now be prompted to select one of the two options before you can continue.

It is a customer’s responsibility to ensure you are carefully reading and understanding the options available before continuing to the next page/step.

These options are clearly set out online and selections made at this stage are final once you continue.

We appreciate your input, and we hope you decide to give us another chance in the future.

Worst experience and customer service I have dealt with. Sold us a faulty car (which from all reviews seems this is what they do) and did everything but try resolve the issues. The manager at Witham very good at promising to you face and then hiding behind his emails and not helping at all. Had to take the car back to the site and put our foot down that we do not want the car but that wasn't the end of it unfortunately. Aftersales are useless and will not answer the phone or call back, just fob you off and say you cannot be refunded. Head of aftersales needs the sack, nothing but useless, rude and incapable of doing his job. At one point they had the car once we returned it, £11k of our money to then find out by DVLA they never transferred the car in our name too. We had to go down the legal route with citizens advice, solicitors and more to get the refund. To which I think we are lucky enough to get our refund quickly compared to most reviews I have read over the stressful weeks! Wish I had read them before even stepping foot in this god awful dealership. Remember you have consumer rights to reject the vehicle, even if they do not listen, don't back down! I even tried to contact the directors at one point to put forward the disgrace of a service his employees were providing but I was hung up on.
Please please save yourself the stress. Cannot believe this company is still up and running. Will be doing everything possible to get this company reported.
Also, V12 will report and ask you to change your reviews to take out their names as this is ‘personal information’. Seeing as I haven’t used their surnames I do not agree but why shouldn’t we be able to name those. I have seen other reviews stating who they dealt with. Accept your wrong doings!
I have had to remove their names as they keep reporting my review, pathetic.

Thanks for your review, we are always disappointed to hear of a customer’s dissatisfaction when purchasing from V12.

The vehicle was purchased and shortly after a leak was reported from the windscreen, you expressed a desire to return the vehicle and our dedicated aftersales department explained that to do so, we required a diagnosis to be carried out at our expense. You refused and abandoned the vehicle at our Witham branch, we exceeded our obligation by arranging a diagnosis for you at a local repairer which confirmed a fault to be present, not one which would support rejection however we accepted a rejection on 6th September and your funds were reimbursed on the 8th September, well within the timelines permitted by legislation, we are sorry you were not satisfied with our service.

This is the second time I’ve ordered…

This is the second time I’ve ordered from Hobo Jack and both with issues. They lost my first parcel and this time have sent me the wrong size on one of the tops. This was a birthday present I need in a couple days so I’m a bit frustrated. I have emailed and yet had no response.
