Initial process an ease of collection…

Initial process an ease of collection very good to then only be let down by inflated cost of extra work £389 for work i could have done for £100. This i refused twice despite the salesman Insisting the Service was not complete.
This car is 2 years old not 10 yrs old.
Not impressed at all . The ironic thing is that with the oil change the price i have paid is the price the garage quoted on another site.

When additional work is advised it is always based on the service schedule set out by the vehicle manufacturer, the findings of the MOT and the recommendations from the mechanic, based on their inspection findings and at Servicing Stop we do have a duty of care to provide the customer with the full report so they are aware of the condition that their vehicle has been found in and in the event that any additional work is advised clear pricing is provided and the customer does then always have the choice as to whether they wish to approve or decline the work, based on the prices and explanations provided.

We do appreciate that you are unhappy with the cost of the additional work that has been advised for your vehicle and at Servicing Stop we are always receptive to feedback so we will be sure to pass your comments regarding this to the relevant people.

First time purchase great price ,but…

First time purchase great price ,but let down on delivery package which was too big no protection round product inside. Box damaged luckily watch was ok. No information on package stating Fragile.

No response at all from Customer Service which let's you down.

On behalf of my 85y old mum who doesn't…

On behalf of my 85y old mum who doesn't need the hassle. Terrible service a parcel that she is told has been delivered yet you clearly have sent it to an address that's 130 miles away so it's lost in the system an yet you do it again a 2nd time. After several phone calls costing over £5 she's no further an you say No Refund until the parcel is returned. How can she return a parcel that you have you sent 130 miles away to a address that probably doesn't exist nr Birmingham instead of Brighouse with a totally different postcode.

I've been a size 8 for years an allways…

I've been a size 8 for years an allways liked Base Shoes. The last pair I bought in January absolutely cripple me and are obviously sized wrong. After contacting Base to ask if this could be the case and had anyone else has same issue. I've had no response what so ever not even an acknowledgement. Not good enough Base for a respected UK brand.

Better than expected

Better than expected. Despite all the negative reviews the product was what I ordered . No damage . Very well packaged. Takes an age to deliver by sea, but this is std delivery time by sea.
Only quibble was the hard to follow Chinese instructions which they quickly sent me English ones.
All in all can't fault them nor for the speedy reply to my questions.

All I can say is appaling

All I can say is appaling. Been waiting a week now for delivery promised last Friday. Phoned me to say could I help the driver with the parcel. Never came. Tracking then says delivery Tuesday never came now says will be loaded today. E mailed them they just send a paste n copy message. You can't speak to them on the phone.

Just gets worse not only do they not…

Just gets worse not only do they not come back to you about refunds. The Brighouse to Leeds train at 9 14 today was again for 2nd week running 18 minutes late now my train home has been cancelled. Also despite telling me the tannoys at Brighouse were OK you still can't hear any announcements nor do they answer the call buttons. Get your act together as me like many others will stop using them.

Been with them 20 years since they were Tiscali . Tried to add Netflix to my current contract to be advised they will charge £30 to upgrade me. Appaling customer service no loyalty to existing customers.
