I never had access to thier service

I never had access to thier service. Then they kept charging me and refused a refund. Bad business practices. Definitely a scam.

Update:
I did just that and you refused to acknowledge or help. Buyer beware!

Stood at the entrance of the instance…

Stood at the entrance of the instance for awhile. Other than that it was a good run through. A little communication as to what i could do might have been helpful. But overall very good. I'd do it again.
