I have been dealt with the same £109.00…

I have been dealt with the same £109.00 taken DD and no supply. Getting no where even with Barclays. I have now gone to my local MP. I have a response from them and she is taking this to parliament. This is my last resort.

DO NOT ORDER AVOID

Firstly they do not respond to emails. Tried to cancel my order no one contacted me back. Went through to Paypal still waiting. Part of my order turned up even though cancelled. Now will have to pay to return. The sizing is off, way too small. I ordered 10 as I am an 8 normally in all clothing. Even the 10 barely fits. Appalling customer service, going to trade and standards with my complaint.

Hi Mel Darcy,

Thank you for your review. Unfortantely we can't guarantee cancellation for orders placed on our website, I’m sorry to hear you had a frustrating experience, but I really appreciate you bringing this issue to my attention. Please note you will not need to pay to return the items you have received, all UK orders can be returned for free through collect+, I have sent you an email to discuss this further.

Kind regards, Anise

Absolutely appauled by this job posting…

Absolutely appauled by this job posting board. My job posting account was rejected by indeed because I used my Gmail email address to post a vacancy.
Indeed advised that it was following protocol and advised that I could appeal. Asked to provide evidence of my business. Which I did, sent telephone bill relating to my business as they said this was sufficient evidence to prove that I was a legit business. Still not able to post. What is even more annoying is having an Indeed account executive ring me prior, to say that it was because I used Gmail, the irony also is as the account executive for Indeed advised me that indeed also use Gmail!!
Double standards? Legit business? Maybe I need to see financial evidence from Indeed? Can indeed be trusted? GDPR rules - I should not be forced to disclose anything relating to my business, I have the right to privacy.

As for the status of your account, it is normal that all accounts will be reviewed as we must verify the connection between the account creator and the company they are hiring for. We must also ensure that our quality guidelines are met. If enough information is not provided when the account is being created or we find a violation of our guidelines, then the account will go into the appeal status that you're likely now experiencing. In addition, you are free to use any email address when creating an account, however, in some cases, it may be harder for our team to make the connection to the company which would be why we ask for specific documentation.

Overall, we would be happy to look at your account to see how we can help here. In order for us to best assist, please email us directly at trustpilot@indeed.com. Thank you.

Update 5/15: Hi Mel, we're still happy to help here. Feel free to email our team if you're interested.

Absolutely disgusted

Absolutely disgusted. Arranged for boiler to be installed today 8/2/2020. Boiler didn't turn up. Can't fault the Engineer he had been here 5 hours waiting for the boiler. He was told at 9.30am that he had to wait until 12noon before advising that the boiler wasn't here. Phoned at 12.10pm and was advised that they had attempted delivery of the boiler Thursday. No notification to advise that it would be delivered Thursday and no card left to say attempted to deliver. Not one person on Saturday advised that this would not be here not even to the Gas Engineer installing nor me the Customer. Now left with no hot water or heating in the middle of winter. Apauling customer service not interested that on the coldest days that they were leaving a pregnant woman without heating or hot water, if it wasn't for the contracted Gas Engineer getting on the phone saying it had to be done Monday because they were going to leave it another week. Escalating to their complaints department. Let's see how they rectify this come Monday.

Received Call from Peter who advised that 3 heaters would be with me today. 20.30hrs no heaters have turned up. Sunday 9th still no heaters. I have a 8 month pregnant girl in the house. So as you can imagine not happy.
