Ordered two items from Costco online…
Ordered two items from Costco online over two weeks ago, received only one. Been advised numerous occasions that the item was out for delivery and was given tracking numbers that did not exist. Escalated my complaint to customer care escalations and still awaiting a call. Told one business day we are now at four. tried numerous occasions to speak to someone in escalations and refused to be put through. Even told by a customer service agent that i should deal with the supplier myself! Absolutely diabolical service from a multi million company. Still awaiting a response as they still have my money!
