Not a good experience
I returned to MyCorporation for a second time, because my experience back in 2014 was excellent. This time around, I was less than satisfied, especially considering the fee for their services. As a small business owner, I am disappointed by the complete lack of customer service I received, and the handling of my inquiries. My emails would go unanswered for days, until I followed up two or three times. My phone call voicemails not once returned. Obtaining a new EIN number seemed an impossible task for some reason, and I could never get a clear answer on what was going on. I eventually had to deal with the IRS myself, costing me hours of my own time, and multiple trips to the bank. All of this has delayed payments from clients. At the end of the ordeal I was told that I didn't need to change my EIN anyway, yet I was still charged for the service! I would expect that a company who expertises in these things could tell me that from the start.
