Not happy with quality of items and…

Not happy with quality of items and decided to return before assembling. Charge of £100.00 applied from their end even after asked driver to come back 10 mins after drop off. LOW QUALITY ITEMS.

Delivery time also been extended from their end using Christmas as excuse. No phone number for contact. Chat only

In reply to your reply: so you charging me double than your highest stated amount of £50.00 because is 2x items onto single delivery. Where is your liability for delivering low quality items and wasting your clients time ??? Or such a thing doesn’t exist. I can understand you need to do some £££ but charging me back £100.00 for £430.00 single
Order is a bit too much.

As per our return policy which you can find in full here https://www.wayfair.co.uk/help/article/return_policy and on each and every product page "There is a return shipping charge, which varies between £4.99 and £9.99 for small parcel carrier services, and from £20.00 to £50.00 for large parcel carrier services. You will be advised of the relevant fee when you set up your return, and it will then be deducted from your refund."
Drivers are unable to return to collect after a delivery has been made but once the return has been collected and scanned back at our warehouse your refund will be issued.

Already 8 months of suffering with…

Already 8 months of suffering with network coverage. Cursing the day I’ve decided to join O2 on 2 years contract with my both lines. Complaining every next Friday now and chasing managers to remove disconnection fee so I can leave in peace and move on. Been on phone call with customer service for hours transferred between 7 different agents asking me same questions again and again without any result. Managers very good in hiding and avoiding facing pissed off man. Very disappointing. In their eyes they got no responsibility once contract is signed. Want to leave you must pay. Failing to provide service from their end to all ends of UK doesn’t really matter. Bunch of robots I’m sick and tired of you !!!

Unhappy of wrongly delivered £250…

Unhappy of wrongly delivered £250 coin!!! Been asked to cover return so refund can be issued from their end. Already paid £10.00 delivery fee why should I pay for return when item send to me is wrong?

Do not recommend, in position to keep wrongly delivered coin because do not want to deal with seller anymore.

Coin I've order: 2022 Britannia 2oz Womanhood limited 550.
Coin I've received: 22 Britannia 2oz proof coin.

Stay away!! Worst supplier in UK

Stay away!!! I’ve been with Powershop for about 2 years. Overcharged for summer period with £900.00 and for previous period twice £500.00. Mounty payments was about £80.00. I’m leaving because no one from Powershop cares or willing to help with issues they have. Forget to mention - I’m a single person occupier. All they do is to blame me for not submitting meter readings. Cya later Powershop and welcome to my black list.


As amendment to above I’m just editing this post now. Just received a final bill off £199.00 for gas and £90.00 electricity for period of 18 September to 22 Nov ( 66 days ) on top of direct debit of £80.00.

How is this possible??? Heating water off same as majority of home appliances?


You guys are definitely worst than some of your colleagues as: British gas, Eon, N power . I’m reducing your rating from 2 stars to 1 because of above.

If you really want to help your customers may be worth dealing with issues instead of leaving comments under bad feedbacks. Your single star feed back is result of no action taken.
