Not happy with quality of items and decided to return before assembling. Charge of £100.00 applied from their end even after asked driver to come back 10 mins after drop off. LOW QUALITY ITEMS.
Delivery time also been extended from their end using Christmas as excuse. No phone number for contact. Chat only
In reply to your reply: so you charging me double than your highest stated amount of £50.00 because is 2x items onto single delivery. Where is your liability for delivering low quality items and wasting your clients time ??? Or such a thing doesn’t exist. I can understand you need to do some £££ but charging me back £100.00 for £430.00 single
