Top notch customer service, return was a breeze

I ordered an AIO from them and when it arrived the radiator was bent beyond use. I contacted them through their website and they were happy to organise a return and refund. The whole process was painless.

I ended up ordering an AIO from a different vendor in the end but AWD-IT deserve a 5 star review for their customer service.

Fantastic course

Fantastic course, James was incredibly approachable and taught us a lot from specific painting techniques, to generic tips and tricks.

I'd recommend this to anyone starting to work on their painting skills. The general advice about what tools and suggested palettes to use will help anyone quickly level up their skills.

Only two drawbacks were
- It was very 40K focused and while the techniques are applicable to fantasy / historical minis the applications may be less clear.
- I now have a big shopping list of things that I want to pick up to make my painting experience easier. By far the most surprising is a hair drier!

Absolutely awful customer service

Customer service is absolutely awful. Every time you attempt to make any changes (create a booking, cancel one, rearrange one) they suggest that you do everything through their website. However, nothing on their website is automated, it's always "waiting to be processed" (assuming by a real person). Why you can't just talk to someone to get something working is beyond me.

They also don't confirm any of your requests by email so you have no tracking of what you've requested or when.

The final straw was when I was warned that my "fantastic club" membership was going to be renewed in 10 days time. I then immediately requested it to be cancelled. They sat on their hands for 10 days until it had been renewed. I'm currently attempting to get a refund from them.

Arrived, great condition, no complaints

I ordered the plants, they arrived a little later than expected (1/2 days later). They were in good condition and packaged appropriately.

Now it's up to be to keep them alive.
