The driver was ignorant ie: he passed me the parcel without saying anything and he was also on the phone at the same time.. This is not what I call customer service or any service if I’m honest.

My only reservation was the delivery charge.. it was half the cost of the item i purchased! This would definitely make me reconsider purchasing from them again as the items shipped are from inside the uk and don’t warrant the high delivery price.

Some companies cover the cost of free postage by raising the price of the products, as many people buy multiple items from us at the same time, we feel it is fair and transparent to have a basic postage price which covers all of the costs just once, so people can buy multiple items and just pay the one postage price.
