The Worst Service on Earth

During the last four years i’ve had the misfortune to have to rely on GWR trains for my commute. Last minute cancellations, massive delays, never getting a seat (even in the evening), reducing the number of carriages on an already impossibly busy train from 12 to 8, cancelling Maidenhead because they’ve been delayed earlier to ensure the train isn’t too delayed at ultimate arrival even though Maidenhead is one of the main stops. You almost never get a seat, and sometimes you have to stand for the whole journey in a very tight suffocating space (and then extra time because the train is somehow delayed). I have as a result developed panic attacks and claustrophobia. The service is so bad that my partner and I are now selling our house to move elsewhere where we don’t have to rely on GWR…

Pictures

I love a lot of the features of the app like ability to monitor searches and more realistic prices generally than Depop, but…
The obsession with posting your own pictures and inability to use other edited pictures or pictures from websites is just insane. I personally prefer seeing what the product looks like from the website, buyers ask me for pictures from the website and it just makes you want to buy the items more- take Depop as as example. Pictures that sellers take are fine but they are usually terrible and can’t really see the item or visualize it wearing it. Makes it harder for both buyers and sellers and makes me want to list ALL my items on Depop since it’s much easier and more seamless. Such an easy give in my mind

Unfulfilled order and Bad Customer Service

Placed an order with Black Friday Sale. Payment went through Paypal however Balsam Hill failed to process the payment in time and as a result my order was cancelled. They then refused to redo the order at the sale price and were entirely unhelpful referring me to their newsletter?!?

Love their items (already own 3 Christmas trees, however luckily purchased second hand) but poor customer services and lack of care.

Misleading Website

Booked the flex service which said collection on the same day (19th of August)
After I have paid it said collection within a week which was way too late as the seller was moving away!
Cancelled the booking within an hour, before any drivers were assigned, and they refused to refund any money at all.
Basically a full on fraud.
This is the second time i’m using them and both times a disaster! Use other companies instead…

Update: refund has been made after contacting Shift on multiple channels and raising a claim with my bank. The refund is appreciated and hopefully feedback is useful!

No items received yet, be aware, 3-5 day delivery is actually 10+ days

Update: No items still, initially said delivery 7th of April which is 2 weeks after order (advertised as 3-5 days); Now it says 12th of April, no one has contacted me about it and they won't reply to my messages either; so now 3 weeks waiting...

Update: Items arrived, love them, if not for the delay would be very happy!

I have never bought worse clothes in my…

I have never bought worse clothes in my life.
Material looks way worse in real life, nothing like either the pictures or videos.
Sizes are odd, some clothes are too big and some are too tight even though it's the same size I order for all of them.

Cancelled on us within the last 5 min

Cancelled on us within the last 5 min, after waiting for hours and didn’t even bother to call us and notify about the cancellation. We’ve had to call them for an hour only to be told the driver fell through. Would not use again.
