I have ordered from this company before, so was confident that the stick would be as expected. I'd had a lovely floral folding stick previously, with a wooden handle, but wanted a plastic handle as the black paint chips off the wooden handle very easily - I use a sharpie to colour it in. There were only a couple of choices for a folding stick with a plastic crutch handle (plain colours & red flowers), so would appreciate more choices. The price is good, though...

I sent a 2kg parcel to New Zealand by International Economy in June. Three months later and no trace of it arriving there. There is no tracking on this service, so it was a big mistake to send a parcel overland & by sea. Don't do it! Lesson learnt. I should have paid the extra £15 for tracking, but I'd say that is risky too. I won't be sending any more parcels, but will just send cash via a transfer service like Wise, who have proved to be reliable...

I was given a box of Davies chocolates as a Christmas gift this year. I'm visiting from the UK. These chocolates were too sweet and completely tasteless. You need to try something like Hotel Chocolat which is a UK brand made from cacao beans grown in St Lucia for a product made of high quality chocolate, not overly sweet and actually tasty g of what it says on the description...

I ordered a 30 litre touch bin from Simplehuman direct. It arrived promptly by next day delivery. I've tried and discarded so many useless bins, but this bin is excellent in quality and looks and comes with a 10 year guarantee once you've registered it. This bin needed to be a compact size for my small kitchen... it is, and it's simply gorgeous. I'm impressed and delighted with it. Well done, Simplehuman...

I ordered a folding adjustable walking stick (Woodland Flowers) with a replacement ferrule from this company. It was a good price, arrived by post quickly, is very pretty and does the job - perfect for travel and folding away in a bag, as well as for everyday use. I wouldn't hesitate in buying from WalkingSticks again, as I'm tempted by the rather lovely designs!

Fairly easy to book. However customers should be informed at the start of the booking process what the booking fee will be and that you need to print off a paper copy of the ticket rather than be able to show your ticket on mobile phone at the ferry port. I would not have booked online had I known this beforehand...

Easy to order online and very quick delivery via Royal Mail, with regular updates given. Of course the chocolates will be delicious I know, as I've ordered from this company many times and am never disappointed. This time I'm trying the exuberantly fruity box, as well as the gin truffle, rum truffle and cherry selectors. I 'chatted' with HC on their website just to check the expiry dates of the chocolates as they are my Christmas treat and the 'best before' dates were well after the New Year. Happy days!

I made a slightly negative comment in response to an email I had been sent by Octopus about their recent energy saving sessions of which I was a participant, and which have been running for the last 6 months. Leanne at Octopus responded very quickly and resolved my issue swiftly and to my satisfaction.

Kept informed. Arrived at time expected

Hired a car for a week at Olbia Airport, Sardinia. Checked over the car before returning it, nothing amiss as we had been super careful with it. We were told we had a 'severe scratch' on the bottom of the bumper, probably a tiny scratch from a stone and were charged 380 euros. I'm guessing that this is a standard charge for any kind of 'scratch'. I'm guessing that they charge everyone to retrieve losses from lack of business during covid. I've driven 1000'sof miles all over Greece with never any issues. I will never hire a car in Italy again as the mission of hire companies is to scam as much money from customers as possible. Lesson learnt!

Good price for wheat-free bird seed. Good service, no issues, delivered within a couple of days. I have used Love Garden Birds for a number of years and will continue to do so...

This company seems to be the only one where I could get multi-coloured cherries and glace pineapple for a reasonable price (more expensive on Amazon) to make my Delia Smith Christmas glace fruit cake. Easy to order online and delivered promptly...

I love these natural floral and fruity fragrances as opposed to the regular chemically offerings we have been used to - I will never buy that type again. Shay and Blue offer unique fragrances and there is something to suit every taste. I'm slowly working my way through them all to find my favourites - blood oranges, framboise noire and scarlet lily being my favourites so far...
