We had fantastic service from sales on site until the regular person went on leave. We were so excited to move but her replacement was rude and unhelpful which made the move even more stressful than is usual.
It is a good job we love our house design and plot or we wouldn't have given 2 stars!
Our issues are with Customer Services as we are still waiting a year on for our issues to be put right. We moved in May'22.
We have to chase them repeatedly and there is never any follow up to see if the work has been completed or the trades have contacted us. We then have to start the process again. We have even been in touch with the Regional Customer Service Manager who was less than helpful. I am hopeful that we now have a contact who will be able to help us finally get the last few things sorted.
Would we buy another Miller Home? Probably not!

Review of Staysure Travel Insurance
I purchased my Travel Insurance online and it was quick and easy. I required insurance that would cover some pre-existing medical conditions and Staysure were excellent for this. It is the first policy I have taken out with Staysure but so far I would definitely recommend them.
