Reflush

I thought that I had had a poor reflush last month but an engineer from British Gas came today to sort it out. He talked me through the issues and explained in detail. I was very satisfied with the engineer and his patience and help in sorting my issues.

Their subcontractor does powerflush

Their subcontractor does powerflush. Was told to be available for 08.00, at 08.00 subcont phoned to say may 9 or 10 o'clock as was on a late night call out!! He came at 10. Put water and heating controls on max and did powerflush - it was a reflush as the first wasn't good either. On max all radiators nice and hot top and bottom. When I put them on normal heating, hot at top cool at bottom. Waste of £800 for original flush and the reflush you don't pay for but is no better than first.
