If I could give -5 stars I would.

If I could give -5 stars I would.

Delivery was too late and the wrong colors arrived.
I tried to call the company 16 times, no one answered.

Their costumer service was poor and slow. They ended up telling me that one of the colors was the correct one, but admitted something went wrong with the other color.

They made me carry 10L of paint to the post office so I could get my money back for their mistake. (unlike other stores like hornbach that arrange at home pick-up)

Additionally, the other color they claimed was right, was not, I have repurchased it twice after, once from gamma, once from bouwmat, those two pots match, where the color sent by this amateurshop is completely different, but I am too tired to fight this store about it.

Still waiting for my money to be back in my account after a month. Have now made endless calls to paypal to locate the refund.

Save yourself time and stress and go somewhere else.

Gymshark includes all body types and their Costumer Service is unmatched!

I started wearing Gymshark when I was overweight and insecure about going to the gym. Their fits were super flattering and it gave me the confidence to go out there and smash my gym sessions. They were the first ones, with their flattering fits, models of all sizes and positive tone, to make me feel part of the fitness community.

I now run marathons and still wear gymshark! Their durability, comfort and fit is unmatched.

As I said, I use their leggings to run hours on end, and they don’t tear apart in between my thighs, and a lot of other leggings do.

Their quality and service matches the price tag.

Shipping as always fast, and their Costumer Service is ALWAYS friendly, and really on your side. They resolve your issue within hours with a positive tone. This makes it so easy for me to order from them because I know if something isn’t quite right, they will help me out.

As far as sizing goes, really do be sure you have your correct size, I HATED the adapt and flex leggings, only to find out I had the wrong size, and now they are my favorite Line in their collection!
I wear a size S in leggings (UK 6/8 EU 36/38)

My friends and I really wonder what kind of dr**s Gymshark puts in their products because the second you try their product, you just want more and more and more

scammed, had to ask pay-pal to help, damaged products and unsustainable company.

LookFantastic tried to take this review down, i'm assuming they are doing this with all negative reviews, so beware.

I had a horrible experience with lookfantastic.

Short takeaways before I go into the story:
-don't order valuable items
-order with pay-pal, so they can provide you with the service lookfantastic should be providing you with
-don't count on their costumer service
-extremely unsustainable shipping
-if you can, order from a different site
-most product are overpriced and available for cheaper elsewhere.

My experience:
I ordered a nuface tool, which cost about 200 EUR, and received a damaged device that appeared to be used.

The device looked like it was dropped, as the bottom two parts weren't connected well and there were scratches all over the product.
The power-plug also appeared to be taken out of the plastic.

Shocked, I messaged their costumer service.
They didn't show much empathy or weren't really apologetic. They told me I could send the product back and would receive a refund, once the product made it to their warehouse, not great, but fair enough.

So the next day I took the time to return the damaged device.

A week passes, no word from them, I look at the tracked return, and it had already made it's way to the warehouse the day after I shipped it.

I asked them, and they said they were looking into it.
They continuously asked me for my address which ok. you need it for privacy reasons, but also continuously asked me for my proof of shipping with tracking number, which to me, shows they were not looking into it at all as they should then have these on file.
I chased and chased for about two weeks, and it was getting no where, they kept on saying they were looking into it but constantly needed the same info and failed to give me any updates.

After week 3 of chasing, double messaging and receiving vague answers, I decided to go to pay-pal, I had a solid case, proof of them approving the return, proof that the product was in their warehouse, and proof of them failing to give me any valid information.

It took a month, as lookfantastic failed to reply, and I finally got my money back from pay-pal.

Horrible service, will never, ever. order from them ever again, and tell anyone who wants to hear (I work part time as a makeup artist and in lots of skincare and makeup forums and groups) to stay away from their website. Or to hope your order goes well, because you can not count on their service if it doesn't.

In addition, they are extremely unsustainable, in an order made before this, one order wasn't in stock so they had to ship it afterwards, it was a tiny product that would've been able to fit in a small envelope, but instead they send me a huge box, with paper and plastic to fill the box up, seriously? do better.

PA: great reply in attempt to show review readers that you care, clearly have many paypal cases and damaged device cases if you can’t recall mine, which is bad. Also comical to tell me you “want to look into it” again. Got my money back from paypal, the name of your company makes my blood boil due to the way this was handled, and I am not sure what there is to discuss further.
